Both products carry large review counts on the brand's own pages, 4.87 out of 5 from 86 reviews for the pajama shorts and 4.80 out of 5 from 83 for the nightgown, at prices from about $22. What is missing is anything independent: there is no Trustpilot profile, and we found no outside test of the fabric. The fibre blend also changes from listing to listing (92% viscose with 8% spandex, 95% with 5%, 90% with 10%), and the guarantee wording on product pages is not the same as the policy page.

One reviewer wrote that the fabric is light and cool; another said the price seemed set too high.
Women's Chemise Sleepshirts Nightgown
A spaghetti-strap nightgown for $21.99 (regular $24.99) in six colours, listed as 95% viscose made from bamboo and 5% spandex. It shows 4.80 out of 5 from 83 reviews. Reviewers call it soft, cool and true to size, and describe the straps as adjustable. The same reviews contain the caveats worth knowing: several say it is very thin, one found it slightly clingy and one disliked rough stitching at the hem. Several sizes were sold out on the day we looked.
What customers and independent sources say
The ratings above come from the review widget on Bamboo Cool's own pages, so they are the brand's own evidence rather than a third-party measure. Trustpilot returned a not-found page for bamboocoolapparel.com, so there is no Trustpilot score to report. We found no independent hands-on test of these products or of the fabric. The Women's Pajama Sets Shorts Sleeve Pj, one of the products we were pointed to, showed no customer reviews at all, and the Women's Moisture-Wicking Briefs 6 Pack was sold out in every size.
Fibre content and the FTC rules on bamboo
The pages we opened give a different blend per product: 92% viscose and 8% spandex on the pajama shorts, 95% and 5% on the chemise, 90% and 10% on the pajama set, and a site banner that says made from 92% bamboo viscose. All are described as viscose made from bamboo, which is the wording the FTC asks for.
The FTC's business alert "How to Avoid Bamboozling Your Customers" (August 2009) says most bamboo textile products, if not all, are really rayon, and that there is no trace of the original plant in the finished rayon. It says a product cannot be called bamboo unless it is made directly with bamboo fibre, and that a manufactured fibre from bamboo should carry the generic name, such as rayon or rayon made from bamboo. It also says claims like retained natural antimicrobial properties need competent and reliable evidence, and that relying on other people's claims is not substantiation. The alert is from 2009 and is guidance for sellers, not a finding about Bamboo Cool. We saw no antibacterial claim on the two pages we featured, and we found no test supporting one.
Returns, guarantee and shipping
The policy page describes a 30-day First Pair Guarantee: contact support within 30 days of delivery and the team may offer a replacement in another size or style, a gift card, or another resolution, and approved items generally do not need to be returned. It is for first-time customers, limited to one claim per customer, applies only to purchases made on bamboocoolapparel.com and excludes Final Sale, Clearance and bulk orders. Support decides the remedy and may ask for photos. Orders can be cancelled before they ship, with refunds in 5 to 7 business days, and the page says refunds are reviewed individually rather than automatic. Personal-preference replacements may carry a shipping fee.
