Clean Nutra Dietary supplements

A fast-growing US supplement brand with a long money-back promise and thousands of reviews, but with an NSF public notice about its certification claims, refund terms that do not match across its own pages and subscription billing complaints.

01The short version

Popular, heavily marketed supplements, with questions about certification and a refund policy you need to read twice

Clean Nutra (legal name Clean Nutraceuticals, a trademark of Allseason Enterprises LLC in Las Vegas) sells dietary supplements in capsules, powders, liquids, stix and gummies. Its best sellers include MultiMineral, a multi-ingredient capsule, and Shelf Builder, a creatine powder for women.

5.9/10
Verdict

The brand has a large customer base and a Trustpilot profile of 3.8 out of 5 from 2,090 reviews, with fast shipping and easy-to-take products often praised. The concerns are around trust rather than taste. NSF International published a notice on 12 January 2026 saying an unauthorized NSF GMP certificate bearing the company's name had been distributed and that the company does not hold NSF GMP certification. The site's own refund terms say 30 days on product pages, 180 days on the refund policy and up to one year (with a 15% processing fee) in the Terms. And review complaints about subscription billing and missing orders recur. It is not a brand we would recommend without checking the terms of any order first.

Right for

  • Shoppers who already know the ingredient they want, such as creatine, and want a convenient format
  • Buyers who will read the refund terms, check the label and cancel any subscription they do not want
  • People who will confirm the supplement with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it

Wrong for

  • Anyone who needs a supplement with an independently verified certification such as NSF
  • Buyers who want one clear refund and subscription policy
  • People who are pregnant, take medication or have a thyroid, liver or autoimmune condition and have not checked with a clinician

+What it gets right

  • Long refund promise. The refund policy page offers up to 180 days to send a product back, and accepts used and unused bottles (excluding shipping).
  • Ingredient disclosure. Product pages list the formula, name key ingredients such as 5 g of creatine monohydrate per scoop in Shelf Builder, and carry the standard FDA disclaimer.
  • Large review base. Trustpilot shows 2,090 reviews, 66% five-star, and a claimed profile that replies to 99% of negative reviews, typically within 24 hours.
  • Fast shipping praised. Recent Trustpilot reviews from September 2026 mention fast delivery and easy-to-swallow capsules.
  • Format choice. The range spans capsules, liquids, powders, stix and gummies, and bundles and BOGO deals cut the per-bottle price.

−Where it slips

  • NSF notice. NSF International's public notice of 12 January 2026 says the company holds no NSF GMP certification and is not authorized to use or distribute an NSF certificate.
  • Unnamed testing. The site says every lot is tested by an independent third-party lab and made in a cGMP-certified US facility, but we did not find a named lab, a named manufacturer or published test reports.
  • Refund terms disagree. Product pages say 30 days, the refund policy says 180 days and the Terms say up to one year with a 15% return processing fee.
  • Subscription complaints. Recent Trustpilot reviews include charges after cancelling and subscriptions the reviewer says they did not knowingly keep.
  • Missing or late orders. Reviewers report orders that never arrived and slow support replies.
  • Health claims are broad. The site markets products for energy, immunity, hormones and glucose, while the FDA disclaimer says the claims have not been evaluated.

The long version

What the brand sells, what NSF published, what customers report and what its own terms say.

What Clean Nutra is

Clean Nutra sells dietary supplements under the legal name Clean Nutraceuticals. Its refund policy states that the name is a trademark of Allseason Enterprises LLC, located at 7582 Las Vegas Blvd S. #3015, Las Vegas, Nevada. The range covers capsules, liquid drops, powders, single-serve Stix packets and gummies, aimed at areas such as energy, digestion, immunity, stress and sleep, and hair and skin.

The home page promotes a row of badges: clinically studied ingredients, made in the USA, third-party tested and certified GMP facility. The footer carries the standard FDA disclaimer that the statements have not been evaluated and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The NSF notice

On 12 January 2026 NSF International, the standards and certification body, published a public notice headed Clean Nutraceuticals at the same Las Vegas address. It reports "unauthorized distribution of an NSF GMP certificate" and says that an unauthorized NSF GMP certificate bearing the company name was distributed, and that the company "does not have an NSF GMP certification at this time and is not authorized to use or distribute an NSF certificate or to claim NSF Certification or Registration."

The notice does not say who distributed the certificate. The Clean Nutra pages we read do not mention NSF. They say products are made in a cGMP-certified US facility and that every lot is tested by an independent lab, without naming the facility, the lab or publishing test reports. If certification matters to you, ask the company for the facility's certificate and the lab's certificate of analysis for your lot.

What customers report

Trustpilot shows a claimed profile with 3.8 out of 5 from 2,090 reviews (66% five-star, 19% one-star), and says the company replies to 99% of negative reviews, usually within 24 hours. Regional Trustpilot pages we saw earlier showed slightly different totals, so treat the figures as approximate.

Recent positive reviews, from September 2026, mention fast shipping, careful packaging and easy-to-swallow capsules. The negative ones describe being charged after cancelling a subscription, a subscription cancelled without the customer's knowledge, orders that had not arrived, support emails that went unanswered, the taste of one flavour and digestive side effects.

Individual reviews describe individual experiences. They are not evidence that a product works or causes harm.

Screenshot of the Clean Nutra MultiMineral product page taken 12 Oct 2026, shown for review and commentary. Page content and branding belong to Clean Nutra.

MultiMineral

The first item on the store's best-selling sort is a 60-capsule formula that combines Irish sea moss, black seed oil, ashwagandha, burdock root, elderberry, dandelion, vitamin C and D3 and other ingredients. It is priced at $29.99 for one bottle ($39.99 list), with bundles such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free at $59.99. The page shows 6 verified reviews on the product.

The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health advises avoiding ashwagandha during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and notes possible interactions with thyroid hormone, diabetes and blood pressure medicines, and rare reports of liver injury. If you take medication or have one of these conditions, speak to a clinician first.

Shelf Builder

A tropical orange powder that combines creatine monohydrate (5 g per scoop on the product page) with BCAAs, collagen peptides, myo-inositol, vitamins and minerals. It costs $39.95 for a 30-day supply ($49.99 list), and $69.95 for the Buy 2 Get 1 Free bundle. The International Society of Sports Nutrition's position stand calls creatine monohydrate the most effective ergogenic supplement for high-intensity exercise and lean mass and reports that supplementation up to 30 g a day for 5 years was safe and well tolerated in healthy people. That evidence is for creatine itself, not for this blend.

Refunds, subscriptions and terms

  • Refund policy page. Up to 180 days from purchase to send a product back, excluding shipping, with used and unused bottles accepted, a limit of two unused bottles per return and one refund per product per household.
  • Terms of Service. Up to one year to send it back, together with the 180-day money-back wording and a 15% return processing fee on the refunded amount.
  • Product pages. Show a 30-day money-back guarantee, and older refund pages on the site use 30 days.
  • Subscriptions. Subscribe & Save takes 15% off, with charges every 30, 60 or 90 days until you cancel. The Terms say you are emailed 5 to 7 days before each charge, and BOGO subscriptions rebill at $49.95 every 30 days.
  • Resale. Product pages state that orders suspected of resale may be cancelled.

Buying advice

Decide which refund wording applies before you pay, and screenshot it. Uncheck subscription options unless you want recurring charges, keep your confirmation emails, and pay by card or PayPal. Compare the label with your own medication list, and ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.

05How it compares

Two best sellers worth a look

MultiMineral tops the store's best-selling sort and Shelf Builder is the creatine product the brand promotes most. Prices are product-page prices on 12 Oct 2026, with list price in brackets.

ProductPriceWhat it isNotes
MultiMineral$29.99 ($39.99) for one bottle60-capsule blend of Irish sea moss, black seed oil, ashwagandha, burdock root and other ingredientsContains ashwagandha; see the NCCIH cautions below
Shelf Builder$39.95 ($49.99) for one 30-day supplyCreatine monohydrate (5 g per scoop) with BCAAs, collagen peptides and vitamins, tropical orange powderCreatine monohydrate is well researched; the extra ingredients are the brand's blend
Figures are Clean Nutra's own listings. We did not test or analyse either product.

Of the two, Shelf Builder is the easier to understand, because its main active, creatine monohydrate, has an extensive research record. MultiMineral mixes many botanicals, including ashwagandha, which the US NCCIH says people who are pregnant or have thyroid, autoimmune or liver conditions should avoid or discuss with a clinician.

06FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Is Clean Nutra legit?
It is an operating US supplement seller with a large customer base and a claimed Trustpilot profile. There are also reasons for caution: an NSF notice about certification claims, refund terms that differ across pages and recurring subscription complaints.
Is Clean Nutra NSF certified?
No. NSF International's public notice of 12 January 2026 says an unauthorized NSF GMP certificate bearing the name Clean Nutraceuticals was distributed and that the company does not hold NSF GMP certification.
Are Clean Nutra products third-party tested?
The brand says every lot is independently tested and made in a cGMP-certified US facility. We did not find the lab, the facility or test reports named on the pages we read, so ask support for certificates of analysis.
What is the Clean Nutra refund policy?
The refund policy page says up to 180 days, excluding shipping, and the Terms say up to one year with a 15% processing fee. Product pages mention a 30-day guarantee. Get the policy that applies to your order in writing.
How do I cancel a Clean Nutra subscription?
The site has a Manage Subscription page, and the Terms say you are emailed 5 to 7 days before each charge. Several recent reviewers report being charged after cancelling, so keep confirmation emails.
Does it work?
We cannot say. The brand's health claims are marketed with the FDA disclaimer, and we found no independent clinical trial of its own formulas. The research on creatine monohydrate itself is extensive.
Should I talk to a doctor first?
Yes, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a thyroid, liver, diabetes or autoimmune condition, since several ingredients such as ashwagandha carry cautions.

08Final verdict
5.9/10

Heavily marketed, widely reviewed and worth a careful read of the terms

Clean Nutra is a real, busy supplement business with a big review base and several products built on well-known ingredients. Customers often praise the speed of delivery and the convenience of the formats.

What holds the score down is the lack of verifiable quality evidence and clear terms. NSF has published a notice about certification claims, the site's three refund windows do not agree, and Trustpilot reviewers describe subscription and delivery problems. If you buy, treat the guarantee as something to confirm in writing, and check the ingredients with a clinician.

Consider it if you

  • You want a specific ingredient such as creatine and have checked the label
  • You will read and save the refund and subscription terms for your order
  • You have cleared the supplement with your doctor or pharmacist

Skip it if you

  • You need an independently certified supplement, such as NSF or USP verified
  • You are pregnant, on medication or have a thyroid, liver or autoimmune condition and have not checked with a clinician
  • You want a single, unambiguous refund policy

How this review was put together

This is a desk-research review. We have not ordered or tested Clean Nutra products. Product details, prices and policies come from cleannutra.com (checked 12 Oct 2026); the certification finding from NSF International's own public notice; reputation from the Trustpilot profile for cleannutra.com; ingredient background from the NCCIH page on ashwagandha and the International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand on creatine. A third-party legal news page mentions a California Proposition 65 lead notice for one product; we could not verify it and did not rely on it. We found no FDA warning letter or FTC action naming the company. We wrote our own text.
