Concept Global sells a small range of sling and crossbody bags marketed for pickpocket protection while travelling, plus packing cubes, accessories and some clothing. Its Travel Sling Bag 2.0 is the best seller, and the seller named in the terms is Robust Goods Oy in Helsinki.
The bag's published features are specific: 500D nylon, YKK zippers, a cable-reinforced strap, a three-point locking buckle, a hidden back pocket and RFID protection. The refund terms are among the longest we have seen in this category, at 60 days with a 2-year warranty. The concern is reputation. Trustpilot hides the company's rating because of a breach of its guidelines and says the company has been offering incentives for reviews, and the two visible recent reviews describe missing deliveries and unanswered emails. We did not find any independent hands-on test of the bags.

What Concept Global is
Concept Global sells everyday and travel bags built around theft protection. The terms of service name the seller as Robust Goods Oy, registered in Helsinki, and the store footer says it is designed in Finland. The best-selling product is the Travel Sling Bag, now in a 2.0 version, with a crossbody bag, a leather version, packing cubes, a travel pillow, a sleep mask and some clothing alongside it.
The Travel Sling Bag 2.0
The product page lists a bag made from 500D nylon with YKK zippers, a strap with internal steel cable wiring so that it cannot be cut, a three-point locking buckle that replaces the earlier plastic buckle, a hidden back pocket against the body, RFID protection and a key clip. It comes in mini, regular and max sizes. The price is €59.90 for one, or €59.90 for a 2-pack with buy one get one free.
The page also says "440,000+ others trust CG" and "We've sold out multiple times this year." These are the brand's own statements. We did not find an independent test of the cut-resistance or RFID claims.
Refunds, warranty and shipping
The refund policy covers items that arrived damaged, were the wrong item, had a quality concern, or were a change of mind or wrong size. You have 60 days from receiving the order. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually in 3 to 10 business days for cards, and a replacement ships at no extra cost. All items have a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, for which you send your proof of purchase.
The shipping policy lists delivery as typically 2 to 7 business days in the US, 6 to 12 from the international warehouses, 5 to 13 in the EU, 6 to 9 in the UK, 8 to 14 in Australia and 5 to 20 in the rest of the world, using carriers such as DHL, FedEx or PostNord. The policy does not say who pays for a return, only that the team will provide instructions.
What customers report
The store shows its own reviews: 4.7 out of 5 from 2,901 reviews on the sling bag. Independent reputation is harder to establish. The Trustpilot page for conceptglobal.co carries a warning that "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines" and states that the company has been offering incentives for reviews. The profile is unclaimed, lists Colombia as the contact country and shows 4 reviews in the last 12 months.
The two reviews visible when we checked were both one-star. One, from October 2026, said no shipping information had arrived a week after ordering two bags and that emails went unanswered. The other, from May 2026, described an order that failed delivery because of an incomplete address and then a promised resend that did not arrive.
Buying advice
Choose the size from the size guide, check which colours are in stock, and pay by card or PayPal. Keep the order number and tracking email, test the bag within the first weeks and request a refund in writing if it is not what you expected.

Concept Global has a clear product, a detailed feature list and refund terms that are more generous than most. If the bag arrives and works as described, the 60-day window and 2-year warranty are a strong safety net.
The question is whether you will reach that point smoothly. Trustpilot has flagged incentivised reviews, the visible recent reviews are negative and we found no independent test. Treat it as a brand to buy from carefully, with a protected payment method.
