Foot Locker Israel Sneakers
The Hebrew online store of the Foot Locker chain in Israel, run by Retailors Ltd, selling Nike, adidas, New Balance and other sneakers in shekels with clear delivery and cancellation terms, but with no third-party customer rating we could find.
A real branch-backed sneaker retailer with clear terms, but little outside customer feedback
footlocker.co.il is the Hebrew online store of Foot Locker in Israel. The site's terms say it is operated by Retailors Ltd (company number 514211457), and the About page says the chain has about 90 stores in Israel and more than 2,500 worldwide. It sells Nike, Jordan, adidas, New Balance, Converse, Puma, Asics, UGG and others.
The operator is named on the site, the terms and product pages carry a company registration number and importer address, and the cancellation, delivery and returns pages are detailed and cite Israeli consumer-protection law. Independent coverage from Globes (27 Oct 2016) confirms that Fox-Wizel's subsidiary Retailors signed a 10-year agreement to run Foot Locker stores in Israel. What we could not find is a Trustpilot profile or other independent customer rating for the website, so service quality rests on the store's own terms. Two points are worth knowing: refunds and exchanges are processed in branches or by registered post, and a 5% or 100 ILS fee applies if you cancel after dispatch.
Right for
- Israeli shoppers who want mainstream Nike, adidas and New Balance sneakers delivered or collected from a branch
- Buyers who value being able to exchange in a physical store and a named local operator
- Shoppers who can read Hebrew product pages and size tables, or who use browser translation
Wrong for
- Buyers outside Israel, as the site and its policies are built for Israeli delivery and branches
- Shoppers who want independent customer ratings for the website before buying
- Anyone who expects a free-postage return from home with no branch visit
+What it gets right
- Named local operator. The terms say the site is operated by Retailors Ltd, and the product page lists the same company as importer with a Kiryat Sde HaTeufa address and company number 514211457.
- Clear delivery table. The shipping page lists delivery days by order day, free delivery over 199 ILS, a 14.90 ILS fee below that, and up to 7 business days for remote localities.
- Branch exchanges. Product pages say returns and exchanges are free in branches, and the policy gives 30 days for exchange or store credit.
- Cancellation rights stated. The cancellation page cites the Consumer Protection Law, a 14-day right and a self-service cancel button until the order goes to picking.
- Wide brand range. The home page and brand menu list Nike, Jordan, adidas, New Balance, Converse, Puma, Asics and Vans.
−Where it slips
- No independent website rating found. The Trustpilot page for footlocker.co.il did not exist when we checked, and we did not find another customer-rating source.
- Cancellation fee after dispatch. Cancelling after the goods leave the warehouse costs 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.
- Returns need a branch or registered post. Non-defect returns and exchanges are done in branches, except Eilat, with the invoice, or by registered mail to an Ashdod address.
- Inconsistent figures on the site. The product banner says delivery within 3 business days and the tab says 4; the About page says about 90 stores and the returns tab says 79 branches.
- Leaves goods with no signature. The terms say that if you are not home, the courier may leave the parcel at the door and the company is not liable for resulting loss.
- Hebrew only. The site, terms and policies are in Hebrew, so non-readers must translate them.
Weighted for operator transparency, delivery and returns terms, and independent feedback
For a retailer of well-known brands, transparency and terms carry most weight and customer feedback comes next. This is a desk-research score: we have not ordered from Foot Locker Israel ourselves.
The long version
Who runs the store, what the best sellers cost in shekels and what the cancellation, delivery and exchange rules say.
What Foot Locker Israel is
footlocker.co.il is the Hebrew online store of Foot Locker in Israel. The About page says the chain has more than 2,500 stores worldwide and about 90 in Israel and describes a multi-channel experience in which customers can collect and return online orders in stores. The site's terms state that it is operated by Retailors Ltd, company number 514211457, and the product pages list Retailors Ltd as importer. The terms also refer to the Fox-Wizel group in the data-sharing clauses. We state only what the pages say.
How it relates to Foot Locker and who runs it
Globes reported on 27 October 2016 that Fox-Wizel Ltd had signed, through its subsidiary Retailors, a 10-year agreement to develop and operate a chain of Foot Locker stores in Israel, with the first store planned for the second quarter of 2017. Foot Locker's then CEO called Fox and its chief executive "strategic partners". That matches the site's own wording: the operator and importer is Retailors Ltd. We did not find any page on the site that describes the arrangement as a franchise or licence in so many words, and we did not read a statement from Foot Locker Inc. about it.
What customers report
We could not find an independent rating for the website. The Trustpilot address for footlocker.co.il returned a not-found page when we checked on 14 Oct 2026, and the search results we obtained did not include customer reviews of the Israeli site. Product pages show their own star figures on some listings (4.6 and 5 on two children's models we opened), but these are the store's widget and the review count was not visible. That leaves delivery and service quality unverified by outside sources.
Best sellers
The men's shoes collection sorted by best selling put the Nike Air Force 1 '07 at 559.90 ILS, the adidas Campus 00s at 279.93 ILS (was 399.90) and the New Balance 530 at 689.00 ILS at the top of the page on 14 Oct 2026.
Nike Air Force 1 '07
The men's white leather sneaker costs 559.90 ILS. The page describes the classic with Air unit and durable construction, lists 100% leather fabric, China as the country of manufacture and model CW2288-111, and shows sizes 40 to 48.5, several marked out of stock.
adidas Campus 00s
The unisex black suede model is 279.93 ILS after a 30% discount from 399.90 ILS and comes in sizes 36 to 47 1/3 on the page, with the two largest sold out. Other colourways were visible under the main image.
Delivery, cancellation and exchanges
- Delivery. Orders before 18:00 are delivered by a table of days; delivery is free over 199 ILS and costs 14.90 ILS below that, with delivery until 23:00 and remote localities up to 7 business days.
- Cancellation. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, under the Consumer Protection Law, with a cancel button until the order goes to picking and a refund to the original card within 14 days.
- Fee. Cancelling after dispatch costs 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.
- Exchanges. Returns and exchanges not caused by a defect are made in branches (not Eilat) with the invoice. Exchanges or store credit run 30 days, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Defects. Contact support by email or chat with a photo and proof of purchase.
Buying advice
Pick a size that is in stock, order early in the day and keep the invoice. If you are unsure of fit, buy where a branch is near enough for an exchange.

Prices, discounts and sizes change often. Check the product page and the Cancellation and Shipping pages before ordering.
Two popular models worth a look
Air Force 1 '07 and Campus 00s were the top adult results when the men's shoe collection was sorted by best selling on 14 Oct 2026. Prices are footlocker.co.il prices on that date.
| Product | Price | What it offers | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nike Air Force 1 '07 | 559.90 ILS | White leather men's sneaker with Nike Air unit and stitched overlays, model CW2288-111 | Sizes 39 to 49.5 on the chart; several sizes shown out of stock on our visit |
| adidas Campus 00s | 279.93 ILS | Unisex suede sneaker with three stripes and gum sole, listed at 30% off 399.90 ILS | Sold in black, grey and green colourways; sizes 36 to 47 1/3, with the largest two sold out |
Check your size before you order, because popular sizes sell out, and plan to exchange in a branch if the fit is off. Compare the adidas price with other Israeli sellers during sales.

The gaps are the lack of an independent website rating we could open, the 5% or 100 ILS cancellation fee after dispatch, and a returns process that leans on branches. Order a size you can try and check the policy against your own situation.
Consider it if you
- You live in Israel and want Nike, adidas or New Balance sneakers delivered or exchanged in a branch
- You want a named operator with registration details on the site
- You can read Hebrew or use translation for the policy pages
Skip it if you
- You live outside Israel
- You want an independent customer rating for the website before buying
- You would not be able to exchange in a store and want free postage back from home
How this review was put together
This is a desk-research review. We have not ordered from footlocker.co.il. Operator details, terms, cancellation, shipping and exchange rules, prices and product listings come from footlocker.co.il in Hebrew (checked 14 Oct 2026) and were read and translated by us. The franchise background comes from Globes (27 Oct 2016, by Ilanit Hayut), which we opened. A search excerpt of Hebrew business coverage mentioned an extension of the agreement to 2030 and 84 stores, but we did not open those pages and do not rely on them. We did not find a Trustpilot profile for footlocker.co.il, and we could not open a Google rating for the site. We did not review statements from Foot Locker Inc. about the Israeli licence. We wrote our own text. The images are our own screenshots of public pages taken on 14 Oct 2026 and shown for review and commentary; the content and branding belong to Retailors Ltd and the brand owners shown, and we will remove them if asked. We did not download or reuse image files or logos.
