Worth a look if you want cashmere-silk basics at a fair price and like a generous US return window. Check the composition label on every item, budget for dry cleaning, and remember that the ratings we can see are mostly collected by the brand itself.

- Not everything is cashmere. About 100 of 335 US listings mention cashmere, while about 127 mention polyester, so the range is mixed. Read the composition before you buy.
- Dry-clean care. The best-selling pullover says not to water wash or machine wash it and recommends professional dry cleaning.
- Thin independent feedback. One Trustpilot review on an unclaimed profile, and no editorial reviews found.

First impression
Meilleur Moment presents itself as a fashion house built around cashmere, silk and linen, with flagship boutiques in Paris, New York and Singapore. Its About page tells a story of the “1% that makes the 99% worth it”, promises “noble fibers” and says it stands against fast fashion. The store itself is a clean Shopify site with new arrivals, best sellers and collections for silk, linen and cashmere.
One thing surprises first-time visitors: the site sends you to a regional store based on your location. A visitor in Europe lands on a Paris store priced in euros, while US shoppers get the New York store priced in dollars. The terms we quote below are for the US store.
What they make and who it is for
The catalogue is women’s wardrobe basics: sweaters and cardigans, coats, jackets, blazers, shirts, dresses, skirts and trousers, plus scarves and a few bags. Knitwear is the core. The brand’s Cashmere Specialist page describes a silk-cashmere blend with 20–30% silk, a “mélange” cashmere made from separately dyed yarns, a brushed cashmere for winter and a camel-hair blend for coats. These are the brand’s own claims, which we cannot test.

Fabrics and how to read the label
Product pages list fibre content. The Cashmere-Silk Relaxed Pullover, for example, is 74.7% cashmere and 25.3% mulberry silk (except the rib), with dropped shoulders and a relaxed fit. Other items are 100% cashmere, cashmere-wool or something else entirely.
That variety matters. Across the 335 US listings we checked, about 100 mention cashmere in the title or description, while about 127 mention polyester and about 90 mention cotton. The brand is best judged on its knitwear; for everything else, read the composition line before you buy.

Prices
The US catalogue has a median price of about $149, with roughly 10% of items under $79 and 10% above $479. Sweaters have a median of about $174, and the dedicated cashmere sweaters about $259 (roughly $99 to $529). Scarves are the cheapest way in at $29–$99, while coats run up to $1,949.
The brand says it prices garments “just above cost” and keeps a no-discount policy. We cannot verify the cost claim, but none of the 335 listings carried a compare-at price, so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
Shipping and delivery
On the US store, orders of $90 or more ship free; below that there is a $10 fee. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and take about 3–5 working days from US fulfilment, or 5–8 from international fulfilment. The store does not deliver to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses, and you must report a shipping problem to support within 180 days of ordering.
International customers are told that any customs charges will be reimbursed after they send a receipt, within 3–5 working days.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, or 14 days for boutique purchases, for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and still tagged. Online returns must start with a Request Return in your account; parcels sent without approval can be refused. US customers get a prepaid return label, and every order includes one free exchange.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the package arrives, with up to five extra days if a return is flagged for review. Items with strong odours or pet hair can be refused. A $35 restocking fee applies only if an international customer refuses to pay duties and taxes.
What independent sources say
Independent evidence is limited, and it is worth being upfront about that. Trustpilot shows a single review (5 stars, June 2026) on an unclaimed profile, and ScamAdviser rates the domain “Very likely safe” while noting that it was registered in February 2023, has low traffic and has no reviews on the big review sites. We searched for editorial reviews and found none.
The brand’s own product pages carry Judge.me ratings: 4.87 out of 5 from 264 reviews on the Relaxed Pullover and 5.00 from 7 on the Silk-Cashmere Cardigan. Reviewers there describe the fabric as soft and lightweight, and one mentions that the cardigan is “a little loose and cropped”.

A promising, fairly priced cashmere-silk brand — buy carefully while its track record is short
Meilleur Moment gets the fundamentals right for an online clothing brand. Fibre content is published, prices start at $99 for silk-cashmere, US shipping is free over $90, and the 30-day return window with a prepaid label takes much of the risk out of not being able to try things on.
What holds the score back is proof. Independent feedback is almost non-existent, much of the range is not cashmere, and the care instructions mean ongoing dry-cleaning costs. Start with one or two pieces, read the label, and use the return window if the fabric is not what you expected.
