01The short version

A capable builder that is hard to judge without trying the free plan, with billing terms you should read first

Readdy turns text prompts, screenshots or templates into a working website, with hosting, a built-in backend, SEO tools and an AI receptionist in the same product. It is aimed at small businesses, freelancers and agencies, and it is run by Interactive Link Pte. Ltd.

5.7/10
Verdict

On features, the product is broad: 500+ templates, a database, forms, code export and white-label options for agencies. Reviews that praise it call it intuitive and fast for a first site. The weak points are in how it is paid for and how reliable the AI is. Credits are the main source of complaints on Trustpilot, the subscription terms say fees are non-refundable unless the law requires it, and some reviewers report that the AI deleted pages or data. The Trustpilot rating is 3.3 out of 5 from 55 reviews, and independent hands-on testing is thin.

Right for

  • Small businesses and freelancers who want a site built from a prompt and can try the free plan first
  • Agencies that want white-label delivery and client management in one place
  • Users who value being able to export the site's code

Wrong for

  • Anyone who expects refunds if the AI does not deliver what they need
  • Heavy iterators who will burn through credits quickly
  • People who need a mature, thoroughly tested platform for business-critical sites

+What it gets right

  • Free plan to try. The free tier includes 250 credits a month and 2 projects, so you can test before paying.
  • All-in-one stack. The paid plans include hosting, a custom domain, a built-in backend, forms and lead collection.
  • Code export. Starter and above list Export Code, which makes moving a site elsewhere possible.
  • Agency options. Agency plans add white label, client management and a branded client login.
  • Credit Care. Discarding an unsatisfactory AI generation restores the previous version and refunds the credits used, up to a monthly allowance.

−Where it slips

  • Non-refundable. The Subscription Terms say fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, and that you will not receive a refund of any portion unless the law requires it.
  • Credit complaints. Trustpilot reviewers call the credit system the worst part and report credits resetting unexpectedly.
  • Reliability reports. Some reviewers report the AI deleted blog pages or a database, or made a form worse with each attempt.
  • AI terms. The Terms of Service describe the AI features as intended for evaluation, not production use, and as provided as is, which is a cautious message for a paid product.
  • Support delays. The terms promise replies within 7 business days, and some reviewers describe slow or no replies.
  • Thin independent coverage. We found no rigorous hands-on test, and most comparisons are from Readdy's own blog or user-submitted listings.
02Scorecard

Weighted for capability, billing fairness and what users report

Features matter, but because a prompt-based builder can fail unpredictably, refund terms and reliability reports carry significant weight. This is a desk-research score: we have not built a site with Readdy.

The long version

What the platform offers, what it costs, what the terms say and what users report.

What Readdy is

Readdy is a website builder in which you describe the site you want, or upload a screenshot or pick a template, and an AI generates it. The home page positions it as more than a builder: hosting, a built-in database, SEO and GEO tools, email and an AI receptionist are part of the same product. The terms identify the operator as Interactive Link Pte. Ltd.

Plans and credits

Readdy sells subscriptions on a credit model. The free plan gives 250 credits a month and 2 projects. Paid plans start at Starter, which is $15 a month with annual billing ($25 monthly) and includes 30,000 credits, one site, a custom domain, the built-in backend and code export. Pro is $24 a month on annual billing, and the agency plans add white label and client management, from $72 a month up to $779 for Ultimate. Longer terms of 2 and 3 years carry bigger discounts.

Each plan also lists a Credit Care allowance: discarding an unsatisfactory AI generation restores the previous version and refunds the credits used, up to a monthly limit.

Terms you should read

The Subscription Terms are short. They say that subscription fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable except as expressly set out, that unless required by law you will not receive a refund of any portion of fees paid, and that recurring payment continues until you cancel. Questions are to be sent to [email protected], with replies promised within seven business days.

The Terms of Service add that the AI features are provided as is and, for the text-to-UI feature, are intended for evaluation rather than production use and may contain bugs and errors.

What users report

Trustpilot shows a claimed profile with 3.3 out of 5 from 55 reviews, with 49% five-star and 35% one-star. The company replies to 87% of negative reviews, typically within a week.

Positive reviews describe the platform as intuitive and the AI as able to produce relevant text and images from natural language. Negative reviews describe the AI making a form worse with each attempt, deleting a database or several blog pages, credits resetting unexpectedly, an integration that did not connect, unanswered refund requests and a card that stayed linked after cancelling auto-renewal. The company's replies often offer goodwill credits and acknowledged that cancelling auto-renewal and removing a card are separate actions.

Review sites show individual experiences. They are not a measure of how often an issue occurs.

Buying advice

Treat Readdy as something to evaluate on the free plan. Build a small real page, watch how many credits it uses, and keep your own copy of any content. If you do subscribe, note the renewal date and the cancellation steps at the time you pay.

08Final verdict
5.7/10

Promising features, with money-back terms that favour the seller

Readdy is a serious attempt at an all-in-one AI builder, and the free plan makes it easy to see whether its output fits your project. Export code, hosting and a backend in one subscription are real advantages over single-purpose tools.

The things to weigh are the credit model, the lack of refunds and reports of unreliable edits. Try it on a small project first, keep backups of anything important and do not pay for a long term until you are sure it works for you.

Consider it if you

  • You will test the free plan on a real project before paying
  • You value code export and an all-in-one hosting stack
  • You can live with a no-refund policy and a credit-based pricing model

Skip it if you

  • You want refund protection if the AI output is not good enough
  • You need a platform with a long, well-documented track record
  • You cannot tolerate occasional AI edits that need to be redone

How this review was put together

This is a desk-research review. We have not built a site with Readdy. Plan details and features come from readdy.ai (checked 12 Oct 2026), terms from its Subscription Terms and Terms of Service, and reputation from the Trustpilot profile for readdy.ai. Searches for independent coverage returned mostly Readdy's own blog and user-submitted listings, which we did not treat as independent. We wrote our own text. The images are our own screenshots of public Readdy pages, taken on 12 Oct 2026 and shown for review and commentary; the content and branding belong to Readdy, and we will remove them if asked. We did not download or reuse image files or logos, and we did not review the brand's affiliate programme terms.

Big Time Bikers is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Readdy. The link to Readdy is an affiliate link: if you buy through it we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and this never changes a score. We did not receive payment or a free product for this review.
