The Wander Club Travel tokens
Collectible enamel tokens for every country, state, national park and ballpark you visit, with a 4.9 Trustpilot score and A+ BBB rating, but small tokens, buyer-paid returns and a guarantee with shipping fees.

A well-loved travel gift with strong reviews, as long as you know the small print
The Wander Club sells small enamel-and-brass tokens for countries, U.S. states, national parks, MLB stadiums, cities and more, plus leather keychains, necklaces and wooden boards to hold them. It is a gift and keepsake brand rather than a travel company.
Buyer feedback is very strong. Trustpilot shows 4.9 out of 5 from 1,886 reviews and the BBB gives an A+ with only two closed complaints in three years. The catches are practical. The tokens are 17 mm across, so they are small. Personalised items cannot be returned. You pay return shipping, and the lifetime guarantee charges shipping on replacements. If you go in knowing that, it is an easy gift to recommend.
Right for
- Travellers who want a small, collectable record of every country, state or park they visit
- Baseball fans working through the MLB stadiums
- Gift buyers who want something personal for a traveller
Wrong for
- People who want large, easy-to-read souvenirs
- Buyers who may change their mind about engraved or monogrammed items
- Anyone expecting the lifetime guarantee to be completely free
+What it gets right
- Excellent buyer reputation. Trustpilot shows 4.9 out of 5 from 1,886 reviews, with 94% five-star and about 1% one-star.
- A+ BBB rating. The BBB lists the company as accredited since 30 May 2024, with two closed complaints in the last three years.
- Huge range. The store lists tokens for 234 countries, 55 U.S. states, 63 national parks, 51 MLB stadiums, 189 cities, 135 landmarks and more.
- Bundles really are cheaper. The 63 national park, 30 MLB stadium and 50 U.S. state bundles cost half the single-token price and include a collector's booklet.
- A lifetime guarantee. The FAQ says the guarantee covers wear, tear and damage. You send a photo by email to request a replacement.
−Where it slips
- Small tokens. Each token is 17 mm across, and some Trustpilot reviewers found them smaller or harder to read than they expected.
- Personalised items are final sale. Engraved tokens, monogrammed Wanderchains and Wander Boards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You pay return shipping. Returns must be unused, in original packaging and requested within 30 days, and shipping costs are not refunded.
- Guarantee small print. Product pages say breakages are replaced "for FREE", but the FAQ adds that shipping fees apply.
- Inconsistent shipping details. The site banner says free U.S. shipping on $60+, while some product descriptions still say $50+ and ship from New Jersey rather than San Diego.
Weighted for what buyers report, value and how the guarantee works in practice
Buyer reputation and product quality carry the most weight, followed by value, returns and how clearly the store explains its terms. This is a desk-research score: we have not bought or handled the products ourselves.
The long version
What the products are, what they cost, what buyers report and what the store's own policies promise.
What The Wander Club is
The Wander Club is a California company that sells small collectable tokens to mark the places you have been. Its founder, Kenny Azama, says he started it after months of backpacking left him with a bag of souvenirs and no tidy way to keep them. Today the store offers tokens for countries, U.S. states, national parks, MLB stadiums, NASCAR tracks, cities, landmarks, military bases, Canadian provinces and more, plus custom tokens. It also sells holders to carry or display them: leather Wanderchain keychains, necklaces and engraved wooden Wander Boards. It says it donates 1% of orders to environmental causes that you choose at checkout.
What buyers say
Trustpilot shows 4.9 out of 5 from 1,886 reviews, with 94% five-star and about 1% one-star. The brand has claimed the profile since May 2020 and has replied to 18% of negative reviews. Trustpilot notes no recent history of the company inviting reviews. Happy buyers praise the quality, the colours and how fun it is to add a new token after each trip, and many are working through MLB stadiums or national parks. The most common reservation is that some tokens and engravings are smaller or harder to read than expected.
The BBB rates The Wander Club LLC A+ and lists it as accredited since 30 May 2024, with two closed complaints in the last three years. We could not find an in-depth independent test of the tokens. Most coverage is short personal recommendations, so this review relies on buyer feedback and the store's own terms.
The tokens

Each token is made of hard enamel and tarnish-resistant brass and measures 17 mm by 1.25 mm, about the size of a small coin. Standard tokens cost $10 in the U.S. store. Custom and military base tokens cost $12, and older "Legacy" washer-style tokens are still available for $5. During the current Fall Sale the store gives 10% off 5 tokens, 20% off 10 and 30% off 15 or more. The tokens are designed in the USA by a Brooklyn-based designer. The product pages do not say where they are manufactured.
Holders: Wanderchain and Wander Board

The Wanderchain is a full-grain leather keychain with brass hardware, in more than ten colours and styles, including vegan options and $40 baseball-glove and football designs. It costs $20, or $25 with a monogram. One split ring holds 35 tokens, and you can add a second ring for 70. Ready-made bundles pair a Wanderchain with 5, 10 or 15 tokens for $63, $96 or $119, which works out at 10% to 30% off buying them separately.

The Wander Board is an engraved birch board for displaying tokens at home, in 30-, 50- and 100-peg sizes for $50, $60 and $75. Because it is engraved, it cannot be returned, and the product page warns of an extra 3 to 7 business days of processing during busy sales.
Bundles

Full-set bundles include a collector's booklet and cost half the single-token price. All 63 national parks cost $315 instead of $630, all 30 MLB stadiums cost $150 and all 50 U.S. states cost $250. They are good value if you are aiming for the full set. Otherwise, collecting single tokens as you travel is cheaper.
Returns and the lifetime guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to email the store about a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return shipping, which is not refunded, and the store recommends a tracked service. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days. Gift cards, engraved tokens and monogrammed Wanderchains cannot be returned, and the store only exchanges items that are defective or damaged.

The home page promises a lifetime guarantee with "no questions asked", and product pages say breakages will be replaced "for FREE". The FAQ is more specific: the guarantee covers wear, tear and damage, you email a photo of the damaged item, and shipping fees apply to the replacement. Expect to pay postage, even though the item itself is free.
Shipping
The store says orders take about 3 to 5 business days to make and ship. Custom tokens, personalisation and monograms add 2 to 3 days, and expedited orders are processed in about 1 business day. The site banner offers free U.S. shipping on orders over $60. Some older product descriptions still say $50 and mention shipping from New Jersey, while newer pages say San Diego, so go by the amount shown at checkout.
Buying advice
Decide what you want to collect and how you will carry or display it. Buy single tokens as you travel, or a bundle if you are going for the full set. Check engraving details twice, because personalised items are final sale. Keep your order email for guarantee claims, and expect to pay shipping on any replacement.

A thoughtful travel keepsake with a strong track record
The Wander Club has an unusually strong reputation for a small gift brand, with a 4.9 Trustpilot score from nearly 1,900 reviews and an A+ BBB rating. The range is huge, and bundles bring the price per token down sharply.
Go in knowing that the tokens are small, that engraved and monogrammed items are final sale, and that returns and guarantee replacements cost you shipping. With that in mind, it is an easy recommendation for travellers and the people who buy gifts for them.
